In criminal cases, we've obtained dismissals for charges ranging from failure to stop for a blue light to child molestation to attempted murder. We've also helped many clients achieve entry into alternative programs like pretrial intervention or conditional dismissals, which end cases without convictions on completion of the program. We choose not to present these to protect client privacy, since non-convictions result in removal of the charge from the public record.
While dismissals are very rare, we've successfully obtained plea deals for probation without prison time in a wide range of cases from drugs to violent crimes.
