Generally, the parent without custody has the right to reasonable visitation, as agreed to by the parties or as set by the Family Court, in its discretion, based on what is in the best interest of the child. Standard visitation has been defined by our Court of Appeals as the visiting parent having the child every other weekend, two (2) to six (6) weeks in the summer with alternating holidays. Depending on each individual situation and the unique circumstances related thereto, visitation may be expanded upon, or limited.
